# Pipeline

> Track every candidate for a job in one board.

Open a job and you're in its pipeline: every candidate, the stage they're in, and a full history of what's happened with them.

## Views

Use the view switcher at the top of the board:

* **Active** — candidates in process, moving through your interview stages.
* **Review** — inbound applicants with their screening results, waiting for your decision.
* **Sourcing** — candidates the agent found, scored against your criteria.
* **Leads** — people you're keeping warm but haven't engaged yet.
* **Completed** — hired and archived candidates.

## Adding candidates

Candidates arrive four ways:

1. They apply on your [career page](/career-pages).
2. The agent [sources](/sourcing) them.
3. You add them manually from the pipeline (name, email, or a profile link — Needle enriches the rest).
4. You [forward an email](/email-forwarding) with a CV.

Needle deduplicates on the way in, so the same person added twice becomes one profile.

## Moving candidates

Drag a candidate to a new stage, or ask the agent in Slack ("move Tom to final round"). The agent also moves candidates itself as work completes — an applicant screened, an interview booked — and every move is logged.

## The timeline

Click any candidate to open their profile. The timeline shows everything in order: stage changes, emails sent and received, meetings with summaries, and notes from your team. If you're wondering what happened with someone, this is the answer.
