# Career pages

> Your hosted careers site, and how applications flow in.

Your careers site is live at `jobs.needle.so/your-company` as soon as you publish a job. There's nothing to deploy, no DNS to configure.

## What's on it

Every published job gets a public page built from its description, with an application form that includes your application questions. Applicants submit their details and CV — no account needed.

## Editing it

The page content comes from the job itself: edit the description or application questions in the job's settings and the career page updates. Unpublishing a job takes it off the site.

## When someone applies

The applicant appears in the pipeline's **Review** view and [screening](/screening) runs immediately, so the assessment is attached by the time you open the application.

<Note>
  Point the careers link on your website at `jobs.needle.so/your-company` — that's the whole integration.
